His primary research focus revolves around the quest for, and refinement of, the most effective methods for enhancing surgical techniques, improving patient outcomes, and minimizing the side effects and complications associated with surgery. Through my research and published work, we have demonstrated that optimizing surgical procedures and reducing complications significantly influence the long-term survival of cancer patients.

In addition to my research, I am keen on contributing to the education of the next generation of gynecologic oncology professionals, including Fellows in training and surgeons, at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and internationally. I actively participate in various national and international courses aimed at teaching and advancing surgical techniques.

His passion is centered on delivering state-of-the-art surgical techniques, which encompass achieving optimal cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer in conjunction with HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intra-peritoneal Chemotherapy), and the integration of innovative surgical approaches like single-port laparoscopic surgery. I possess a special talent for performing surgical cytoreduction in the upper abdominal cavity.
