ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
We are thrilled by the exceptional number of abstract submissions this year. To give as many presenters as possible a chance to share their work, we have created a packed program. To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, please respect the following timing and format requirements:
Presentation Timing:
- Oral Presentations & Late Breaking Abstract Presentations
- Total time: 10 minutes
- Please keep your talk to 8 minutes maximum, allowing 2 minutes for Q&A
- Surgical Video Presentations
- Total time: 8 minutes
- Please keep your talk to 6 minutes maximum, allowing 2 minutes for Q&A
Format Requirements:
- A Google Drive folder link has been sent to you for uploading the presentation. Please upload your presentation to the appropriate folder using the link provided. Before your session, we kindly ask you to visit the technical desk in Azure 6 to check your presentation.
- A widescreen projector will be used. Please make sure your PPT presentation slides are formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio (current PPT standard). Presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint. Keynote files are NOT supported.
- We encourage you to use the AGCES 2026 templates provided HERE, but this is not required.
- Please proceed to your session room 10-15 minutes before session start time to introduce yourself to the session chair(s) and familiarize yourself with the set-up.
