Soyini Hawkins

Dr. Soyini Hawkins is a board-certified gynecology physician, fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon. She is the founder and co-owner of the Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness Center of Georgia located in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA. She currently serves as the practice’s medical director. Dr. Hawkins attained her medical degree at Morehouse School of Medicine and completed her Residency and Fellowship training in Baltimore, Maryland. She provides specialized surgical management of abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, and most benign gynecologic conditions. She has been extensively trained by leaders in laparoscopic and robotics surgery, resectoscopic surgery, and in the management of complex uterine fibroids and endometriosis. Dr. Hawkins has been featured as a field expert in regional and national television, radio and print including Good Morning America, MSNBC, Essence, USAToday, and numerous local news segments. She enjoys podcasting and speaking as a patient advocate at patient-centered events. Her influence reaches far beyond the operating room as she is a thought leader in her field and serves as an advisor and national speaker for numerous industry companies. She is active in her church and community as a member of several societies and a participant in numerous outreach endeavors. As a fibroid and endometriosis warrior, she is passionate about treating women and empowering, advocating, and educating the masses to better understand female afflictions. She feels her wellness journey is a true testament to life beyond these ailments and encourages all women to live THEIR best healthy lives!
